Safeguarding Commitment

Nantwich Tennis Club (NTC) recognises our duty of care to safeguarding and to promote the welfare of all children (anyone under 18) and adults at risk.  We are committed to ensuring our safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and LTA standards.

The Club is committed to prioritising the wellbeing of children and adults at risk and providing a safe, fair and welcoming environment for all to play tennis.

Our Safeguarding Policy and all other policies can be found in the policies section of the website. Signed hard copies can be found in the Safeguarding folder in the clubhouse.

Members are expected to abide by the Codes of Conduct attached to the notice board in the clubhouse and in the Diversity and Inclusion Policy.

All policies were reviewed in March 2024 and will be revised in March 2026.

Raising a concern

Any concerns should be raised to our Welfare Officer, Helen Coubrough via e-mail:  welfareofficer@nantwichtennisclub.co.uk

To report a concern to the LTA online:  Report a Safeguarding Concern

Safe to play posters with scannable QR codes are on display in the outside notice cabinet, and on the notice board in the clubhouse.
